First Choice Medical Group is now Meritage Medical Network, Central Valley in Fresno and Madera counties.
On April 1, 2022, First Choice Medical Group (FCMG) became Meritage Medical Network, Central Valley. You may recognize the name: Meritage Medical Network has been operating FCMG since last year and we hope your experience has been positive.
We are extending our 40+ years of experience and commitment to local, quality, patient focused care from our NorCal region down to the Central Valley.
In the coming months, Meritage will be bringing new programs to our Central Valley patients in partnership with our parent organization, Babylon. These programs include a 24/7 access to virtual (or telemedicine) visits with a Babylon’s California physicians, a comprehensive Diabetes management program, and a behavioral health program integrated with primary care.
