Meritage Accountable Care Organization is presenting a panel entitled, ‘Making Your Healthcare Wishes Known’ in honor of National Healthcare Decisions Day, Wenesday, April 15th. The purpose of this annual day is to inspire, educate & empower the public & providers about the importance of advance care planning.
